103- Understanding Residential Construction: Basics - Exterior:
This 4 hour course provides in-depth focus for insurance adjusters wanting to acquire more knowledge about Residential Exteriors. This course will provide details about the various types of exterior finishes including siding (wood, hardy board, aluminum and vinyl), stucco, brick veneer, and brick. It will also discuss the basic construction differences between the various types and impact the type of construction has on estimates.
