General Information for Classes:
Class Check-in: Class check in begins 30 minutes before class. Our instructor’s assistant or instructor will assist with your registration and provide your workbook, textbook or other class materials. Paying in advance guarantees your space, and your class check in process will be quicker.
Class Attendence: Classes fulfilling CE or licensing requirements must be attended in their entirety. It is important that you arrive on time and stay for the entire class in order to receive credit. State rules require that we monitor attendance and do not allow us to issue credit for less than the approved number of hours. For pre-adjuster licensing requirements you must attend 90% of the class.
Dress: Dress is business casual. Wear comfortable, casual clothing so you will feel relaxed and at ease during the class. Please, no tank or spaghetti strap tops, t-shirts, shorts, tennis shoes or open toe sandals.
Parking: For each location parking is provided by the classroom facility.
Recording Classroom Sessions: Audio or video recording is prohibited without advanced written permission and signing a “Acceptance of legal copyright notice”.
Payments for Classes: Acceptable payment forms include VISA, MasterCard, American Express and check. Payment via check is required one week prior to the start of your class. Make your check payable to Insurance Service Institute, LLC. If you registered using a Purchase Order, We will send you an invoice and your payment via check is required one week prior to the start of class.
Course Textbooks: Course textbooks and material are included with your tuition. For courses where pre-study is not required, materials are handed out the first day of class.
Our Guarantee: ISI will provide the highest level of quality instruction and material to prepare you for examinations. We do not guarantee that you will pass. However, we will allow you to take one makeup examination if you do not pass the first time within the time limits set forth by the Texas Department of Insurance.
